How To Make Cute No-Bake Valentine’s Day Cookies
The only tool you’ll need to make these cookies are a bread knife. A serrated bread knife will allow you to easy cut the graham cracker with it breaking. The piping is done with the store-bought icing, so no fancy piping tools are needed.

Ways To Pair Your No-Bake Valentine’s Day Cookies
If you’re looking to make a big Valentine’s Day dessert spread, these cookies are a great start. I make these for class parties, tea parties and as an after-school snack with the kids. Make the cookies together and get some fun activities for the kids to do while enjoying them.

How To Keep Your Valentine’s Day Cookie Fresh
After you make these no-bake Valentine’s Day Cookies, they can soften a bit from the frosting. Store the cookies in an airtight food storage container, if you have any leftovers, but know the texture of the graham cracker might change a bit. I just make a new batch!

Can You Make These Cookies Ahead of Time?
No, you really can’t make these Valentine’s Day Cookies ahead of time for an event. You want to enjoy the cookies right after they’ve been made. As mentioned above, the graham cracker can soften after a few hours. So make the cookies and serve them immediately!
Recipe Substitutions
If you can’t find exactly the same products that I use to make these, you can substitute with similar finds that you have at your local grocery store. Heart candies can be whatever brand and the size doesn’t have to be perfect. Get creative and make the cookies your own!
What You Need From The Grocery Store:
- Graham Crackers (I used Honey)
- 1 Tub, 16 oz, White Vanilla Frosting
- Pink Sparkle Gel
- Heart Candies
- Valentines Sprinkles
Directions To Make No-Bake Valentine’s Day Cookies
For Love Note Envelopes: Break graham crackers into four rectangles.

Frost each rectangle with a thin layer of white icing. Using sparkle gel, pipe an outline and envelope flap onto the cookie. Add a center “seal” of a valentine heart. Set aside and repeat until you have the desired number of cookies.

For Love Note Open Envelopes: Break graham crackers in half so you have a square. Use a bread knife to create a triangle tip. Make sure you saw the bread knife rather than pressing down to cut, the cut will be cleaner.

Frost each envelope with a thin layer of icing. Using sparkle gel, pipe and outline around the envelope and across the center. Add valentine heart sprinkles and candies at the envelope opening. Repeat until you have the desired number of cookies.
