My kids love to celebrate the Valentine’s Day any way they can! I’m always looking for fun and cute activities because everything has to be themed for them around the holiday of love. These fun Valentine’s Day Color By Number coloring pages are a life-saver! I’ve used them as entertainment for travel, a quiet time activity and even for parties. They’re FREE and perfect for grade school kids. If you’ve got kids that are just learning their colors – these are great too.
There are several great designs that you’ll get from this download, so they have different images to color. My kids love seeing the design come to life as they color. Each number represents a different color and the kids follow the color code to complete the picture – they love it.
At home, I transform their art station for seasonal touches to represent the upcoming holiday. These printables are great, and I also add craft supplies in seasonal colors. Jars of pompoms, sequins, pipe cleaners accompany our typical supplies – like crayons and markers. Let the kids be creative and have fun. Use regular copy paper that’s standard size and you don’t need color ink to print the PDF. It’s all black-and-white so the kids can color it.
