I put a lot of weight into your review of B resort and we’re here now and I’m truly shocked. We just came over here from JW Marriott Turnberry, which is actually a family resort, so we have a point of reference in the same star category. B resort is noisy, has girls dressed like prostitutes walking around the lobby at 730pm, room is small and dirty, and resort only offers valet (not self park) making it difficult to get in and out of. I understand you are running a business and this customer was probably trying to hit the family market, but I feel like calling this family friendly is misleading.

I'm so sorry that you're having that experience. I'm not sure if New Years Eve is making a difference, but we experienced the resort in May. However, I am going to deliver this feedback. We had a great experience at B Resort and I'm sorry that you aren't having the same. The family suite made a big difference for us.

I enjoy your recipes but PLEASE instead of specifying "one stick of butter" say 1/2 cup butter. Not all regions of the country have butter in 1/2 cup "sticks" and I'm sure you don't want to have people use too little or too much butter due to not being sure how much a "stick" is. Or say 4 oz etc.
