The newest Marriott Bonvoy property seems like it’s in an unexpected destination, but it’s just the destination you’ll want to visit. Located in Fayetteville, Georgia the Trilith Guesthouse is a 193-room boutique hotel that’s designed to inspire you. It’s for the movie-lovers, storytellers and those who want a little escape from reality. There may be several hotels in Fayetteville Georgia, but Trilith is my choice.

Trilith Guesthouse Types Of Rooms & Video Room Tour
There’s a great variety of rooms at Trilith Guesthouse. Since it’s across the street from Trilith Studios, there are apartment-like room options for those that need an extended stay. Our stay in a standard double queen bed room was surprisingly large.
Every room is neutral with more nods to movie history. It’s an inviting space with many different textures to add warmth. Our standard room included a wardrobe that doubled as a bar area with a mini refrigerator. It’s a striking piece, stocked with champagne, a bottle old fashioned and mixers in the fridge.
Prologue: The On Site Trilith Guesthouse Restaurant
Prologue is the on-site restaurant at Trilith Guesthouse. Executive Chef Thomas Parker pays homage to southern classics, with modern flair, on the Prologue menu. Starters like Charcuterie Boards, Pimento Cheese and Beer-battered Onion Rings are the perfect way to kick off a great meal.
The Coffee-Crusted NY Strip and Pork Belly Burnt Ends took us by surprise. It’s not your standard hotel fare, it’s an exceptionally thought out menu. Prologue also offers a private room, inside a chef’s kitchen, that’s perfect for any small event. There might be other hotels in Fayetteville Georgia, but Trilith Guesthouse has them all beat with food offerings.
Oliver’s Twist Bar & View
Head to Oliver’s Twist Bar & View for rooftop revelries and a twist of flavor in every craft cocktail. Located on the fifth floor, Oliver Twist is an indoor bar with rooftop patio. Share small plates, like oysters and pub burgers, while sipping on a cocktail. The cocktail menu ranges from twists on classic vodka martinis to more trendy aperol spritz drinks.
Head out to the rooftop patio to enjoy your cocktails with a view of the shopping and dining at Trilith. There’s a lot of nighttime activity to watch and the trees are lit. It’s a great place to unwind and Oliver Twist is open Wednesday and Thursday till 11PM, Friday and Saturday till midnight and Sundays till 9PM.
Trilith Guesthouse Amenities
Every room comes with hotel-wide services, such as concierge assistance, in-room dining, complimentary Wi-Fi, a heated outdoor pool, a fitness center, self and valet parking, and EV charging stations nearby. The outdoor pool is located across from the indoor bar area and nearby the main lobby. It’s an inviting pool with built-in lounge chairs. Every guest is welcomed with a glass of wine upon check-in as well.

Of all the hotels in Fayetteville, why should you pick Trilith Guesthouse? Simply put, it’s an elevated hotel experience. Relish in the boutique hotel offerings that you can’t get elsewhere in the city. It’s close enough to the Atlanta Airport that it’s a great overnight stay. Things To Do Near Trilith Guesthouse
Fayetteville is an up-and-coming city, south of Atlanta, that’s ready to welcome you. Not only are there nearby downtown Atlanta attractions like World of Coke, Georgia Aquarium and the Porsche Driving Experience, but there are great local attractions in Fayetteville.
There’s a lot of Chick-Fil-A history that’s connected to Fayetteville. Only a few miles away from the hotel, I highly recommend dining at Truett’s Luau. It’s a one-of-a-kind Hawaiian Chick-Fil-A that was built in 2013, just prior to the founder’s death. Trilith Guesthouse is also nearby the Chick-Fil-A Headquarters. Take the Chick-Fil-A Backstage Tour and learn about the company’s values and how they came to be so popular.
If you’re a movie buff, you’ve got to take the Trilith Experience tour. It’s an hour long tour that gives you an inspiring look at the movie-making that happens in Georgia, directly across the street from Trilith Guesthouse. It’s where major Marvel Movies were filmed. You’ll be inspired as you peek behind the scenes to see creativity and collaboration at work.
