Step-By-Step Directions To Make Chocolate Brownie Valentines Day Cupcakes
Start By Making The Brownie Bite Topping
Preheat oven to 350 and spay a 9×13 baking pan with pam baking spray. Using a medium bow, melt the butter

- 3 C mini valentines day heart confetti sprinkles 1 large piping bag fitted with star tip
