Valentine’s Day is the perfect excuse to get back into the kitchen and to make some cute Valentine’s Day Treats. Maybe you took a little time off for the beginning of the year, but who doesn’t love something sweet? These Valentines Day No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls are dipped in white chocolate, topped with Valentines Day sprinkles and require no baking!

Since I love going all-out for holidays, I’ll deliver treats to friends, neighbors, my kid’s school and my Husband’s office. I let the kids help me in the kitchen and make it a bonding experience.
These Peanut Butter Balls are a twist on the traditional chocolate version. The white chocolate is the perfect background for red and pink Valentine sprinkles.
They are a delicious bite-sized treat for any peanut butter fan. You can wrap them in a cute heart-shaped container and give them out as a gift. It’ll be a great way to show someone you care.

Valentines Day No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls
For this recipe, you’ll need a mixing bowl, parchment paper, baking sheet and paper plates to catch any sprinkles. There’s not many tools required for these cute treats because you don’t have to bake anything! I love how easy they are and you probably own most of these kitchen tools already.
Use a hand mixer, stand mixer or vigorously beat the ingredients by hand. Either way works!

When To Make These Peanut Butter Balls
The sprinkles on top add a cute touch for Valentines Day, and I think the white chocolate also helps to make it “different” for the occasion. However, you could make these whenever and add any type of sprinkle on top.
I make these for Valentines Day parties because they’re so easy to transport. They’re fun, easy to make ahead of time and I love that you don’t have to watch anything bake or worry about burning. They’d be cute on a Valentines Day Dessert Board.
How To Make Valentines Day Peanut Butter Balls Ahead Of Time
Make these treats prior to your occasion and keep them in the refrigerator. Store the peanut butter balls away from direct heat. After the chocolate has set, I keep them in an airtight food storage container. If you stack the balls, place wax paper in-between the layers to protect the sprinkles from falling off.
For best freshness, enjoy the peanut butter balls within 2 weeks of making them. I let them thaw for several minutes, after I pull them from the fridge.
Can You Freeze Peanut Butter Balls?
Yes! This is such a great dessert to freeze. Drop them into a freezer bag and place them in the freezer for up to 3 months. Let the peanut butter balls thaw to room temperature again before enjoying, by keeping them out on the countertop.
Recipe Substitutions
If you want to use White Candy Melts instead of white chocolate chips, feel free to do so. Melt them, in the microwave, according to package instructions and dip the peanut butter balls as directed in the recipe.
