What To Serve With Chicken Chili
Honestly, you don’t necessarily need to serve the chili with anything. It’s a hearty meal that can be enjoyed on it’s own. However, if you’re looking to pair it with something, I recommend a homemade cornbread recipe or a crust French baguette.
I’m all about the toppings. I like to have options with my chili. I let guests decide what they want to put on top of their chili. I offer avocado, sour cream, cheese (LOTS of cheese), hot sauce and green onions. I’ve even seen people put Frito chips in their chili.
That’s a beauty of serving chili – it’s completely customized to your own preferences. Consider a buffet option and create your own DIY Chili Night where guests serve themselves. If you’re making the chili for the big game, you can set everything up and enjoy the game too. You can even add it to a slow cooker to keep warm.
