How To Make Polar Bear Pretzels: Winter Themed Snack
There’s practically no technique to make these! I love to use a tall glass cup to place candy melts in. It will cover the entire pretzel length (or almost all of it), without making a mess. Just use your microwave to melt the candy melts – it’s super easy to do.

If you want even more fun winter snacks to make, if you’re having a party, then I’ve got some great ones to add to your polar bears. I love my No-bake Penguin Cookies and this Snowflake Snack Mix is another one to add to the list. To drink, make this Non-Alcoholic Snow Punch! You can make an entire party themed around winter snacks and activities!
While these polar bear snacks are great for kids, they can also be used for any winter fun: holiday class parties, birthdays or even baby showers. I also love the idea of making them, with the kids, during a snow day!
How To Keep Your Polar Bear Pretzels Fresh
After your polar bears have set, transfer them to an airtight food storage container. If you need to stack your pretzels, place sheets of wax paper in-between the layers. Keep the pretzels away from direct heat. For best freshness, enjoy the Polar Bear Pretzels within 5-6 days of making them.
