Throw a fun party with these EASY Blue's Clues cookies! They're a sugar cookie base with blue frosting and a sprinkle paw print to decorate. Perfect for a birthday party, snack or movie watching party!

Blue’s Clues has been around for years and has recently gained even more popularity – thanks to some viral social media posts made by Steve. With a NEW Blue’s Clues movie, we’re thinking that kids are going to love the show even more. Can you blame them? Blue and Magenta are too cute.

These Blues Clue’s cookies are really simple and I kept the recipe easy so you can make them for any occasion. I did use a homemade sugar cookie base, but you can absolutely use a store-bought sugar cookie mix (which is pictured). It would save even more time.

Just purchase a special paw print cookie cutter from Amazon (link to the exact one I used) and these cookies come together in a pinch!

What To Serve Alongside These Blues Clue’s Cookies

If you’re going to throw a party, make it a great one by adding some other dishes to the table. I would serve salty alongside sweet. Kids love easy snack foods – like pretzels or Goldfish. You can also “name” the foods just for fun and create a cute table. For drinks, who doesn’t love ice cold milk with a cookie? You can’t go wrong.

How To Neatly Add The Sprinkles Paw Print

The sprinkles of the cookies are blue sanding sugar. You can find them in the baking section of your local grocery store. To make sure that they neatly form the paw print, follow these tips:

  1. Use one hand to hold the paw print cookie cutter over the frosted cookie.
  2. Use your other hand to carefully pour the sprinkles into the paw print design with the cookie cutter held in place.
  3. Flip the cookie AND cookie cutter upside down over a bowl to catch any extra sprinkles.
  4. Flip rightsize up and remove the cookie cutter for the perfect paw print design!
