The biggest part of making your Bluey pumpkin will be cutting out card stock. If your kids doesn’t have the dexterity yet to cut, you’ll probably have to do most of the cutting. They can glue the pieces onto the pumpkin. Older kids (ages 6+) can create the entire pumpkin by themselves with minor help.
Since your no-carve pumpkin is made from foam and card stock, you’ll want to keep it indoors or on a covered porch. We’ve displayed ours, outside, but close to our front door since it’s covered. You could also display it on your mantel too.

Disney Junior Bluey No-Carve Pumpkin For Halloween
Our kids adore the hit Disney Junior show. As soon as we started to watch it together, my Husband and I fell in love with it too. It’s just a basic gender-neutral animated series with the family spending time together. Every episode involves playtime and pretend. That’s exactly what we like to do too.
So of course this making this pumpkin together reminded me a lot of the show. Spending time with your kids is priceless. Whether you’re watching Bluey or making your pumpkin, the kids are going to love having the extra family time.

What To Buy For Your Bluey No-Carve Pumpkin:
- Foam Teal Craft Pumpkin
- Assorted Blue Card Stock
- Light Yellow Card Stock
- Glue Gun + Sticks
- Pencil
- Scissors
This pumpkin makes 1 “Bluey” face using the card stock. This is a paper based craft. I bought everything from my local craft store, but you can use my Amazon affiliate links above to purchase online too. The craft is much easier to make with a glue gun, but it can be done with regular white school glue as well. It just requires a bit more patience. We made our pumpkin with a glue gun and I did that portion to avoid any mishaps with my kids. All together, the craft should cost about $25 to make (much less if you can score the teal pumpkin on sale with a coupon).
How To Make Your Bluey No-Carve Pumpkin
To start, use the PDF link files below to print out the shapes that you’ll need for the pumpkin. You’ll need these as a template for each shape that you’ll layer onto the pumpkin.
Once you’ve cut the shapes out, it is best to lay them out on the table before glueing. I start at the top, with the ears, and work down to the belly.

Using the dark blue paper, trace and cut out the large ear shape. Using the yellow paper, cut out the smaller inner portion of the ear. Glue them together. Set aside.
Continuing with the dark blue paper, cut out the body shapes (or spots). Look at their placement on the pumpkin. This will help you find the correct placement. Do not glue yet.
Add the second spot piece (dark blue paper) and the eyebrow shapes, which will be light blue.
Cut out the eyes from your white foam sheet. Add them on – not glueing yet. Lastly, add your 3 layers of nose pieces. The light blue base piece, the yellow top smaller piece and the tip of the nose. Plus, cut out the small side spots.
Glue each of the pieces onto your teal pumpkin, using a glue gun (or white school glue).
