Club Level Rooms at Walt Disney World: Are They Worth It?

Last Updated on March 31, 2026 by Kimberly Stroh

If you’re looking to elevate your stay at Walt Disney World Resort, Club Level rooms at Deluxe Resorts offer a more exclusive, concierge-style experience. From complimentary food and drinks throughout the day to personalized service, these rooms promise a little extra magic. Yet, they also come with a higher price tag. It’s tough to decide if it’s worth the upgrade when booking your family vacation, but here’s everything you need to know about Club Level at Walt Disney World.

Walt Disney World Vacation Tips: Club Level Perks

We stay on Club Level at Coronado Springs, and all the photos you see are from there. I’ve enjoyed the lounge at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Disney’s Beach Club Resort as well. They’re all very comparable with slightly different offerings and theming. If you’re staying at Coronado Springs, don’t miss the Sangria University Class!

What Is Club Level at Disney Deluxe Resorts?

Club Level (sometimes called Concierge Level) is a premium room category available at select Disney Deluxe Resorts. Guests who book these rooms get access to a private lounge, enhanced amenities, and dedicated concierge services.

These lounges are typically located on a specific floor or building and require a MagicBand or room key for entry, making the experience feel more exclusive and less crowded. No reservations are required to enter the lounge, making it a great option for families that want food without the hassle of advanced dining reservations.

Walt Disney World Club Level Food Offerings

One of the biggest perks of staying Club Level is the rotating selection of complimentary food available throughout the day. There are many ways to pay for your Walt Disney World dining. Some families prefer the Disney Dining Plan, others prefer to budget and manage without it, and others love the Club Level food. It definitely saves families money (and time) when they utilize the lounge offerings. The quality is typically high, and menus often reflect the resort’s theme or signature dining. While offerings vary slightly by resort, here’s a general breakdown:

Continental Breakfast (Morning):
Pastries, bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, and coffee/juice

Midday Snacks:
Light bites like chips, crackers, cookies, and small sandwiches

Evening Hors d’Oeuvres (Dinner Hours):
Hot and cold appetizers—often substantial enough to replace a light dinner. Think carved meats, pasta dishes, seafood, and chef-inspired small plates

Desserts (Night):
Mini desserts, cupcakes, chocolate treats, and cordials

Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Drinks In Disney’s Club Level Lounge

If you know you’re a couple that likes several alcoholic drinks per day, on vacation, the Club Level can truly save you money. It’s great during cocktail hour or for picking up drinks on your way to the resort pool. These are the beverages available throughout the day:

  • Soft drinks, coffee, tea, and bottled water (all day)
  • Morning Mimosas
  • Beer and wine (starting in the afternoon/evening)
  • Select cordials and spirits during evening hours

Walt Disney World Concierge Services

One of the most valuable perks of staying Club Level at Walt Disney World Resort is access to a dedicated concierge team focused on making your trip as smooth and stress-free as possible. These Cast Members are available to assist with everything from securing hard-to-get dining reservations to offering personalized park tips and Lightning Lane strategies.

They can also help with special requests, celebrations, and last-minute changes, giving you an extra layer of support throughout your stay. While much of Disney planning is now handled through the app, having real, on-site assistance adds a level of convenience and reassurance that many guests find incredibly helpful.

Price Difference: Club Level vs. Standard Rooms

Club Level rooms typically cost $100 to $ 300 more per night than standard rooms at the same resort. I find the room cost difference quite jarring when booking, but if you break down the advantages of saving on food & drink, you end up ahead. While that price jump may seem steep, it can offset costs for food, drinks, and added convenience.

The exact difference depends on:

  • Resort and room view
  • Time of year (holidays and peak seasons are higher)
  • Demand and availability

Once you have your Club Level room booked, I’d be hesitant to book dining reservations for all three meals. Guests must put a credit card on file for dining reservations, and you’re charged if the reservation is canceled within the 24-hour window. Instead, focus on planning 1-2 meals at the Club Level lounge, so you’re sure to take advantage of what you’re paying for. Book 1 dining reservation per day, as needed, in the parks.

Are Club Level Rooms Worth It at Walt Disney World?

Whether Club Level rooms are worth it really comes down to how you plan to spend your time and what kind of experience you want at Walt Disney World Resort. For guests who enjoy taking breaks at the resort, the added convenience of having food and drinks readily available throughout the day can be a major benefit—especially for families with kids or anyone looking to simplify meals.

The ability to grab a quick breakfast before heading to the parks or wind down in the evening with snacks and drinks can make your trip feel more relaxed and less rushed. However, if you plan to spend most of your time in the parks and already have dining reservations lined up, you may not fully take advantage of what Club Level offers.

In that case, the extra cost might not feel justified. Ultimately, Club Level is best suited for those who value convenience, a quieter atmosphere, and a more elevated, all-inclusive-style resort experience.
