Chicken Parmesan Sheet Dinner Recipe
Does your family love Italian food? What about chicken parmesan? It’s definitely a favorite among many, but it can also be loaded with fat and calories due to the dish being fried in oil. If you want to cut some of the fat from the dish, you’ll love this recipe. Instead of being fried, the chicken is baked. This allows you to enjoy the traditional flavors of the dish without the unneeded calories. You still get the crunchy texture along with the cheese and delicious marinara sauce. Served over a bed of spaghetti, your family is sure to love this healthier version of the Italian classic.

What To Serve With Chicken Parmesan
Chicken Parmesan is a classic Italian dinner. You can keep it simple by pairing it with a side salad and garlic bread. What I love best about this dinner is how simple it is to make. So don’t stress over making a fancy side dish. I purchase bagged Caesar salad and just toss it together. You can keep it in the refrigerator, while you’re busy during the day, and just add croutons when you get home. Dinner doesn’t get any easier than this!
How To Make Sheet Pan Chicken Parmesan
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with pam spray.
In a large bowl, combined the panko bread crumbs and parmesan cheese as well as the pinch of salt and pepper. Use a spoon and mix to combine.
Drizzle 2 TBSP of olive oil into the mixture and mix until combined. In a medium bowl, lightly mix the eggs.
Using one piece of chicken at a time, dredge the chicken into the eggs and then coat the chicken into the bread crumb mixture.
Place the chicken onto the foil lined baking sheet. Repeat the steps with the remaining chicken breasts.
Place chicken into the oven for 20-25 minutes or until lightly brown and chicken is fully cooked.
While chicken is cooking, cook your spagetti noodles. Once chicken is done, spread marinara sauce onto the middle of the chicken, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Place back into the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly toasted.
Once the noodles are done, place the noodles onto the baking sheet surrounding the chicken. Sprinkle some fire roasted tomatoes and chopped basil around the noodles and chicken.
