Planning For Build A Dino Workshop Disney Springs

We love visiting Disney Springs on our Walt Disney World vacation. It’s an epic area for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Best of all, you don’t need a park ticket. So it’s a little bit of Disney magic without an admission fee. However, bring your wallet because the whole family can enjoy the shopping.

What Is The Build A Dino Experience at Disney Springs?

If your kid lights up at the sight of dinosaurs, this is their moment. Build-A-Dino is a hands-on, interactive experience where children create their very own stuffed dinosaur from start to finish. It’s run by the makers of Build-A-Bear Workshop.

While the Build A Dino experience is located inside the T. rex Cafe, you don’t have to dine at the restaurant. You can just go into the gift shop portion of the restaurant and head straight to Build A Dino. Since it’s located inside the restaurant, meal times make Build A Dino more crowded. Go during non-peak mealtime hours.

Build Right There Or Take It Home

The first step of Build A Dino is picking the stuffed dinosaur you’d like to purchase. If they have a long line or your little dinosaur fan isn’t on the trip with you, one option is to bring your dinosaur home. You can stuff them at any Build-A-Bear location nationwide. Pro Tip: They also have a few non-dinosaur choices.
