How To Make Lemon Butter Tri-Color Potatoes
The key to making these potatoes tender is boiling them before you add them to your skillet. You’ll add all of the flavors together in the skillet once they’re cooked tender.

- Tri-Color Potatoes (1 bag, about 12 total)
- Butter
- Lemon Juice (and peel)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Freshly Minced Parsley
Step-By-Step Directions To Make Lemon Butter Tri-Color Potatoes
Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until just fork tender.
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in lemon juice, salt, lemon peel, pepper and nutmeg. Drain the potatoes and add them to the butter mixture. Gently toss to coat. Add the potatoes, with butter mixture, into your serving bowl. Sprinkle with freshly minced parsley and serve hot.
