Everyone has a favorite Thanksgiving side. Mine is stuffing! It might be the most carb heavy side of all, but it’s so savory and comforting. So many cooks get nervous about cooking for guests. I always recommend that you do a test run before the big day. See if your new recipe is easy enough for Thanksgiving. A warming drawer, stacked foil pots and the microwave are all great ways to keep your food items warm. Plan ahead which items you’re going to make and see if you can delegate any tasks. I always try to ask for help when I’m in the kitchen. If I don’t get any help on the front-end, you better believe I’m asking for help with the dishes!
