As much as I love how the oven warms the house, my favorite go-to is a no-bake cookie. It just keeps things really easy because I don’t have to worry about anything burning. I used Jim Bean bourbon, but you can substitute any brand of bourbon that you prefer. The chocolate flavor really compliments the bourbon and it isn’t overpowering. They’re a soft chewy cookie, that’s sweet with a crunch texture.
Just refrigerate the Bourbon Ball Cookies until you’re ready to serve. Then, I just keep them out at room temperature for a bit. They’re delicious with a cup of coffee or cold milk. Everyone always asks me for the recipe and loves how easy they come together. You really can’t go wrong with a delicious no-bake Christmas cookie.
