Rooted in Omni’s American heritage, the initiative reflects the company’s longstanding role in bringing people together through hospitality. The celebration begins with a dedicated microsite and national brand campaign designed to position Omni as “America’s Hotel Company” during this historic moment.

For Omni, this year is an opportunity to reflect on the role we’ve played in American hospitality,” said Michael Innocentin, Chief Marketing Officer at Omni Hotels & Resorts. “From historic resorts that have welcomed travelers for centuries to modern gatherings centered around music, food and sport, our properties have long served as places where people come together.”

As part of the celebration, Omni is reviving a classic American pastime with its Classic Drive-In Movies series. Guests can enjoy complimentary movie nights under the stars, including traditional drive-in experiences, poolside “dive-in” screenings and outdoor lawn showings at select properties.

The program focuses on nostalgic, family-friendly films paired with classic snacks and beverages. At the heart of Omni’s Celebrate America initiative is its portfolio of historic properties, many recognized by Historic Hotels of America. These landmark destinations reflect key moments in the nation’s story and continue to serve as gathering places for modern travelers.

Among them is The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa, which began welcoming guests in 1766 and has hosted 24 U.S. presidents, including Thomas Jefferson. Other iconic properties such as Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa and Omni Parker House played important roles during America’s early years.

By the late 19th century, destinations like The Omni Grove Park Inn & Spa introduced golf to a broader audience, while Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa helped shape early alpine and après-ski culture in the United States.

These historic locations will be highlighted through curated storytelling and interactive timelines on the Celebrate America site, offering guests a deeper connection to the country’s past.
