I grew up in Minneapolis, and there’s nothing quite like watching 4th of July fireworks over the Mississippi River, with entertainment on both sides of the river. Red, White and Boom! in Minneapolis is one of the region’s most anticipated 4th of July celebrations. The celebration offers a vibrant mix of music, entertainment, and a spectacular fireworks display.

Held along the banks of the Mississippi River, this annual event features live performances from local bands, food vendors, and a wide range of family-friendly activities leading up to the grand finale. As night falls, the fireworks show lights up the Minneapolis skyline.
