Remember the creamsicle pops that you grew up with? I’ve got an adult version of the dessert that you’re going to love. This No Bake Boozy Orange Pie takes you back to the same flavor you loved about that pop, but with the addition of vanilla vodka. It’s creamy, full of orange flavor and finished with light whipped topping!
Slicing into this pie is one of my favorite ways to enjoy a light and refreshing dessert. Serve it as a spring or summer dessert and it’s sure to be a delightful hit.

I love desserts that are easy and I can throw together. This pie doesn’t require any baking time. Make it ahead of an event and keep it in the fridge until you’re ready to pull it out to enjoy. It’s light and refreshing – not too heavy. The flavor is perfect for the warmer months.
I’ve been making this pie as part of my summertime BBQ’s and guests are always asking me about it. The vanilla vodka flavor is so light that they can’t recall what the flavor is. It pairs so well with the orange flavor, like it’s meant to be. Once I tell everyone it’s a touch of vodka, they’re pleasantly surprised!
It’s like eating a spiked orange creamsicle drink – in pie form!

How To Make This No-Bake Boozy Orange Pie (Creamsicle Pie)
For this recipe, you’ll use a 9-inch pie dish. Don’t be scared to make your own pie crust because it’s actually quite simple. If you want to save time, you could use a pre-made graham cracker crust but it won’t give you the same buttery flavor as making your own crust. You’ll also need a blender to make the cream filling!

When To Make This Orange Pie
The orange flavor is perfect for the spring or summer months. I love making it for BBQ’s, pool parties, game nights and church potlucks. It serves 8 people, so it’s great for a smaller crowd or you can add some other dessert with it.
It can stay out for about 30 minutes, but needs to be back in the refrigerator after serving. Because the pie has cream cheese in the filling, I don’t recommend keeping it out under the sign. It needs to be chilled!
How To Make The Pie Ahead Of Time
This is a great pie to make ahead of time, so you aren’t making a dessert at the last minute. Make this pie the night prior to an event and keep it in the fridge the entire time. Pull the pie out right before you’re ready to serve it. I like to add the mandarin oranges (the garnish) at the last possible minute because they are juicy. So add those last!

How To Store Leftover No-Bake Boozy Orange Pie
Cover the pie with plastic wrap and add it back to the fridge right away. Do not keep the pie out, as it needs to stay chilled. For best freshness, enjoy the pie within 4-5 days of making it. After that it can be frozen to enjoy later.
Can You Freeze The Leftover Pie?
YES! This orange pie is the perfect pie to freeze for later. It stays creamy and delicious even after freezing. Cover the pie with plastic wrap or transfer it to an airtight food storage container. Freeze the pie for up to 3 months. Just let it thaw on the countertop for about 10 minutes before enjoying again. Add fresh mandarin oranges on top, if desired.
Recipe Substitutions
Save time by using a store-bought pie crust instead of making your own. If you don’t like the idea of lemon flavor added to the pie crust, use Golden Oreo Cookies instead. Want to cut out sugar? Opt for sugar-free orange gelatin instead. Lastly, if you want to make the pie without the vodka, replace it with orange juice instead.
