As Halloween approaches, it’s time for more treats and fun in the kitchen. The kids and I combine our love for Disney and fall baking. They love getting into the kitchen and helping me out – then sharing our creations with Dad. After the White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Mickey Rice Krispies were a big hit, I thought we’d take it a step further. Now I’ve got the ultimate Halloween Disney recipe: Mickey Pumpkin Donuts.
Each one is dipped in orange and green candy melts to look like pumpkins, then decorated with a cute face and ears. They tastes as cute as they look too – soft and gooey. The kids eat them with a glass of OJ, but I prefer my Mickey with coffee.
Sometimes you just need a bit of Disney magic at home and there’s no better way than whipping up some magic in the kitchen. Until we make it to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party at Disney World, these will have to do!
