Frozen Inspired Olaf Slime Recipe: A Winter Kids Craft

When the temperatures drop outside, you’ve got to be more creative about keeping the kids entertained. I always like to have several easy craft ideas that are ready when we’ve got to stay inside for an extended amount of time. This Frozen inspired Olaf Slime Recipe is such an easy winter kids craft. You probably already have most of the ingredients lying around.

If you’re unfamiliar with making slime, it’s the hottest trend right now. Kids love to make it themselves and there are a million different variations of slime. It’s like a little science experiment, craft and elements of cooking all rolled into one.

Frozen Inspired Olaf Slime Recipe: A Winter Kids Craft

Materials To Make Your Frozen Inspired Olaf Slime

• 1 Bottle Regular School Glue
• 2 Tbsp Contact Solution
• 1 1/2 Cup Shave Cream
• Olaf Confetti or Mini Figures
• Embellishments, Blue Glitter
• Blue Food Coloring
• Air Tight Container

How To Make Olaf Slime

In a large bowl, combine glue, food coloring and glitter.

Mix until well combined.

Add in your contact solution, mix

Add the shaving gel and mix. Keep mixing until it’s no longer sticky.

If its too sticky you can add a little more contact solution.

Use the Olaf Embellishments during play!

Store your Olaf slime recipe in an air-tight container. Of course, you can also use the same recipe as a base and add different embellishments. Blue makes a great base for Hanukkah inspired slime, Disney’s Moana embellishments or a Dumbo theme.
