Last Updated on December 29, 2024 by Kimberly Stroh

When you’re about to go on vacation, everyone knows the basics that are important to pack – like your swimsuit. Many people forget the comforts of home though. I polled my Facebook Group followers and asked them what are the most unconventional items to pack for Disney World. I got so many responses from parents that had genius ideas. I made it into a big list, so you can look at it before your next Disney vacation. Some of these are pro tips that only seasoned Disney vacation experts would know.

Of these 100 items, some of them are very obvious and others aren’t. I listed the reason why so it’s not as confusing. If it’s a product, I’ve included a direct Amazon link for your convenience. Don’t forget that you can ship anything to your resort for a $5 fee!

Once you’re ready to pack everything, I love to use packing cubes to organize my clothes. They are an Amazon Prime item and they are part of my 10 New Travel Products on Amazon list – must haves.

New travel products, best new travel products, things that make traveling easier, travel hacks

Another great tip is to make a list of the products your family uses daily, starting a week before your departure. You’ll see the essentials that are personal to your family. There are baby products that I can’t live without! It’s all about being comfortable and not spending extra money on vacation. Believe me, you’d rather buy fun Disney souvenirs than a package of bandaids.
