Being active and enjoying time with my family is one of my favorite things to do. Especially as the Spring weather approaches, I want to take my runs outside and play with the kids more. I was so excited when the doctors finally told me that I could start running again after the birth of my second born, Charlie. I immediately laced up my running shoes and started training for upcoming Spring races.

But as I’ve started to push myself again, I’ve been noticing some ongoing aches and pains that weren’t there previously. My joints don’t feel as young anymore and it takes a bit more effort to log those miles with chronic pain. Those knees just aren’t the same anymore!

I knew could manage the pain myself, but adding an herbal pain relieving product would give the the peace of mind to keep working out. That’s when I decided to start taking Curamin® Stop Pain Now. Curamin® is an award winning product, made with safe ingredients, that gets to the source of my pain.

When pain is my problem, Curamin® is my answer!

It’s different from typical over-the-counter medications that can have harsh side effects. I feel comfortable using it along with some active ways to alleviate the pain. When I do the following routine, and use Curamin®, my joints feel so much better!

How to Relieve Chronic Pain Through Exercise

1) Stretch Daily

Every morning I find time to actively stretch before starting my day. I let my hips open, loosen my tight hamstrings and even stretch my neck. It helps keep my joints mobile throughout the day so I can move easier, even when I’m not working out.

2) Foam Roll

If you haven’t discovered a foam roller yet, you’re missing out! A foam roller is a tool that alleviates muscle soreness through self-myofascial release (AKA self massage). A foam roller is great for all over massage. I use it after a workout when DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) kicks in. You’ll love it!

3) Correct Posture

I have such a tendency to slouch throughout the day, but especially when I’m tired. If I’m working at my desk, I try to focus on using my core to correct my posture. By pulling your abs in and thinking about lengthening the same between your ribs and your hips, you naturally grow taller and correct your posture.

4) Relax in a Hot Bath

Lastly, at the end of the day, I like to soak in a hot bath. I’ll add essential oils and epsom salts to help me relax. The warm bath seems to work deep into my muscles and joints. I find it very soothing after a hard day. It’s even better if my Husbands draws the bath for me- such a treat!

Together, my daily routine and Curamin® has helped me tremendously. I can keep up with my boys and log those miles for training. Curamin® can be found at fine health food stores nationwide. I grabbed it at my local Sprouts Farmers Market. It was easy to find in the supplement section!
