Week 1 is over for my 12 Week Vacation Challenge! I started last Monday (read all about it Here).
It has been a good week overall with a few challenges. I ate out a several more times than planned which always throws my best meal preparation off. I’ve really pushed myself to order what is healthiest and best for myself.
I haven’t missed a workout and feel great. The workout part is much easier for me than the nutrition aspect. You can’t out exercise a bad diet!
One great habit that I’ve started is drinking a gallon of water each day:
All together, I’ve lost 4 lbs this week. My plan is to only lose 2 lbs per week, but I think this is typical of the first week. Please excuse my runner’s feet!
