The Importance of Protein | Premier Protein Bananas and Cream

The following is a sponsored post from FitFluential and Premier Protein. All opinions are my own.

Premier Protein

This year, I’ve been trying to focus more on my nutrition. I know it’s vital to me feeling better and getting my fitness back after having a baby. Getting enough protein has been a struggle for me though. I can’t always sit down to a complete meal or meal prep during the weekdays. It’s a constant battle between having the time and getting enough protein in my diet.

Premier Protein

I’ve found Premier Protein to help me get the protein that my body needs. It’s an essential nutrient for a healthy and active lifestyle. Finally, I have a portable option that fits with my crazy schedule. Premier Protein doesn’t have too many calories or too much fat. It’s a yummy shake that curbs my hunger and keep me fueled from workouts to Mom life! Honestly- it’s delicious.

I can really feel a difference when I don’t get the recommended about of protein in my life. I feel so much stronger and energized when I get my full intake of protein.

Premier Protein Bananas and Cream

You can grab their back-by-demand Bananas & Cream flavor at Costco. For an 18 pack it’s $24.99 (of the 11oz bottles). Costco has the cases of Premier Protein you need to power through your weekly workouts. It only has 160 calories and 30 grams of protein in each 11 oz bottle. I love that it only has 1 gram of sugar because I can’t overdo my sugar intake. So many competitor’s brands have products that are full of hidden sugars. I love that Premier Protein doesn’t do that. They are honest about the ingredients are going to nourish your body.

It’s easy to fit into your daily nutrition! I drink mine in the mornings or after a workout. The bananas and cream flavor is also great as an afternoon treat.
