First Look: Run Disney 2019 Star Wars Medals

Alright Run Disney Runners! Get ready for medals from a galaxy far far away – The Run Disney 2019 Star Wars Medals have been revealed.

I am here to give you the first look at all of the medals you’ll be earning this spring as you run through the parks of Walt Disney World resort. They’ve got a race for all experience levels and ages.

You may want to check out these Star Wars Running Costumes if you’re training for this race weekend. It’s one of my favorite race weekends because it falls during the time of the Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot. Such a great excuse to go.

I ran the 2016 Dark Side Half Marathon – a few months pregnant – and I loved the Star Wars theme. Everyone is so nerdy and the costumes are fantastic. Even the expo is cooler!

The races are designed for runners of all ages, experience, and abilities, including a mile-long race just for the little Jedis. Race participants can collect these Star Wars-themed finisher medals and other commemorative merchandise throughout the weekend.

It’s a the perfect excuse to get in shape and plan a Disney World Run Disney vacation!
