When the holiday season is in full swing, I use every opportunity I can to keep things easy. Printables are one of my favorite short cuts because I can save it to a folder and use them on a whim, whenever I need it. One of my favorite printable items is placemats – just print, use and toss. One of my favorite ideas for these printable placemats is for a holiday party. If you want to do a gingerbread decorating party, you can keep your table protected with the placemats. They make for cute decor and also keep the kids entertained. Just be sure you have crayons on hand as well!
They also make an adorable table setting for mealtime, if you have a separate kids table. You can create some cute napkin rings, print the placemats and put a candy cane on every place setting. It’s a great way to keep them occupied between courses.
If you’re being invited over to someone’s house for the holidays, and brining your kids, print out a handful to take over. It’s always best to be prepared and it makes you look helpful!
