Materials Needed:

You can use twine or ribbon to hang it from the mantle. I have a cider mantle, so I use clear thumbtacks to stick it into the wood. I just hide the thumbtacks with garland. However, you could add a knot at the end to hang it up.

How To Put Your Gnome Banner Together For Christmas

Download the PDF link below. Save it to your computer, or bookmark with URL, if you want to use it again in the future. Pick the size banner you want – there’s a smaller one and larger one that uses an entire page for each banner piece.

Print it out in color ink. Cut out the pieces. For every piece of the banner, add another white card stock piece behind it (cut in the same shape). Use the glue stick to connect the pieces, and arrange them onto the twine in the positioning you want.

To center the banner, I like to leave plenty of twine on both sides. You can always cut it once it’s measured to your fireplace. Look at your “Merry Christmas” spacing before you officially glue anything down!
