Warm Cherry Orange Non-Alcoholic Christmas Punch Recipe

Whether you’re sitting around the fire pit, watching a Christmas movie or outside looking for a Christmas tree, you need a nice warm festive beverage. Our family loves to enjoy a big batch of this Warm Cherry Orange Non-Alcoholic Christmas Punch recipe. It’s sweet, festive with spices and warms the soul. It’s easy to make over the stovetop and a great alternative to cocoa.

Sweet, with hints of cinnamon and clove, this Non-Alcoholic Christmas Punch recipe is always a hit! Warm it over the stove for a festive treat that the whole family can enjoy. #ChristmasDrinkRecipe #ChristmasPunch #ChristmasRecipe

This Christmas punch recipe only takes about five minutes to throw together, and then you let it simmer over the stove. You can keep it over a low stove for as long as you need. The other way to make it is in the slow cooker, on low for 1-2 hours. Keep it warm until you’re ready to serve it.

How To Make This Warm Non-Alcoholic Christmas Punch Recipe

My kids ask for this recipe every year during the Christmas season. It’s a great kids Christmas punch recipe. If it’s just our family, I make the recipe as is. If we’re having guests over, I always double the recipe. Everyone ends up asking for a second serving – particularly on a cold winter night.

What To Serve Alongside This Non-Alcoholic Christmas Punch

I love the color of this punch recipe when you serve it in clear mugs. It’s sweet, with festive spices too. I like to serve it alongside some fresh Christmas cookies or a slice of warm bread that doesn’t compete with the flavor. Gingerbread would be too competitive. Anything cranberry would go well! I like putting out a tray of treats to serve alongside the punch. Guests can pick what they want to snack on.

Tips For Buying Oranges At Christmastime

Select oranges that are heavy for their size and feel firm. Avoid any with mold or spongy spots. Buying a big bag of oranges might seem like a bargain, but you want to check the surface area of each orange and you can’t. One pound equals 3 medium oranges. They’ll last for two weeks in the refrigerator – that is where I store mine.

What You’ll Need From The Grocery Store:

  • Apple Cider (Or Juice)
  • Orange Juice (No Pulp)
  • Maraschino Cherry Juice
  • Whole Cloves
  • Whole Allspice
  • Cinnamon Stick
  • Orange
  • Maraschino Cherries

You’ll also need cheese cloth and twine – click to buy from Amazon
