One of my favorite weekend pastimes is brunch! I love the comfort of pancakes, the saltiness of bacon and savoring an egg dish. Great news – Maggiano’s Little Italy is now open for brunch. The Maggiano’s Brunch Menu is full of classic brunch dishes combined with the Italian flair they’re known for. Our family has always loved Maggiano’s, but now we’ve got twice the reason to go in the morning!
As if it couldn’t get any better, Maggiano’s is partnering with Make a Wish® Foundation. They are inviting guests to “Brunch With A Purpose,” where $1 will be donated to Make-A-Wish for every brunch entrée ordered (through August 2nd). They partnered together for over 14 years and raised over $7 million dollars.
“The mission of Make-A-Wish is to brighten the lives of children with life-threatening medical conditions, which aligns with our devotion to make every single Guest feel special,” said Genifer Gray, vice president and chief operating officer for Maggiano’s.
Maggiano’s Brunch Menu
Maggiano’s brunch menu includes brunch favorites like Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, The Meatball Benedict (pictured below), Crab Cake Benedict and Crème Brûlée French Toast. I had the opportunity to sample the brunch menu and I couldn’t believe how delicious it is. They balanced the heaviness of French Toast with a sweet outside layer. The Crab Cake Benedict was a decadent combination of flavors and the yolk ran through the dish when you cut into it. Maggiano’s is THE place to do brunch.
You can experience Maggiano’s brunch menu, and give make to the Make a Wish® Foundation through “Brunch With a Purpose” now through August 2nd! So grab your family and friends and put brunch on your calendar this weekend!
Guests can donate, at their table, too. For every $10 and above donation, Guests will receive a Star Card with a special offer for their next Maggiano’s visit. You can also donate to Make a Wish® Foundation online.
Maggiano’s Lemon Ricotta Pancakes Recipe
To sweeten the deal even more, Maggiano’s Little Italy is sharing their brunch favorite: Lemon Ricotta Pancakes recipe! You can make these at home, as a family. I love pairing them with a true apple syrup. They have a light and fluffy density, but they are still rich from the ricotta.
