Many families are busy putting the finishing touches on their Fall trips to Walt Disney World. It’s a popular time to visit with the weather cooling down, specialty priced packages and the festive decor at the Magic Kingdom. Epcot offers the Food and Wine Festival and on select nights the Magic Kingdom throws Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party too! It’s an amazing time to visit.
This year, Walt Disney World has been busy renovating the old and opening new attractions across property. Here are this season’s can’t miss new attractions that are perfect for young kids…
Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire Show
In the Magic Kingdom’s newest show, Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire, you can join him and his pals in front of Cinderella’s castle for some magic and musical fun. With select times offered throughout the day, this will be a great break for the young kids from the lines. Free with admission to the Magic Kingdom. Check out Big Fat Panda’s video of the show:
Wonderland Tea Party
Join Alice and her friends for a whimsical tea party at the Grand Floridian resort. Recommended for ages 4-12, the Wonderland Tea Party is a special treat where kids craft, decorate cupcakes and have their picture taken with select characters. Parents are welcome to drop their children off for this hour of fun and enjoy the Grand Floridian resort. Reservations are highly recommended and the cost is $52.19 (with tax) per child.
Frozen Ever After Ride
Take a boat ride, in Frozen Ever After, to Arendalle in this brand new attraction at Epcot. You’ll be singing along with your favorite songs from Frozen and and enjoying the journey with the movie’s beloved characters. If you have a huge Frozen fan in your house (like we do), then this is a must-do ride at Epcot. Fair warning though: the lines are long since it’s the hot new ride. Try to book at Fast Pass prior to your trip. Check out Big Fat Panda’s video of the ride:
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique
This has been a family favorite for years, but the princess boutique just expanded to a brand new location at Disney Springs. Young guests, ages 3-12 can experience magical transformations and feel like royalty. This new location has interactive decor and offers special photography backdrop rooms to capture the moments forever. Prices vary and reservations are required.
With so many new and exciting things happening at Walt Disney World, your little ones will have a magical time. I love that Disney is always adding more and more to their parks. It makes it that much more fun and interesting to go back often.

Ooh thanks for these! I have a toddler and we were debating how many attractions he would actually enjoy, being that young.
