Since marathon training is in full swing now, I have used Jeff Galloway’s method of Run-Walk-Run for every run. My body can truly feel the difference! I have longer endurance and my body feels less fatigued mid race. I have been a Jeff Galloway fan since I’ve started running. Jeff is the official coach for Run Disney and I use his training schedules for all of my races because IT WORKS!
