Growing Up Healthy: The Importance of a Probiotic

This review was made possible by iConnect and UpSpring. I was provided compensation to facilitate this post, but all opinions stated are 100% mine.

UpSpring Probiotic and Colostrum

If “Happy wife equals happy life” then a healthy baby equals a happy Mama! Charlie has been growing up so fast and I love watching him learn to smile and coo. At just 3 months though, if he isn’t happy and playing, it always points back to his little tummy. That makes his Mama, me, unhappy.

Sometimes I feel so helpless when his tummy is upset and we didn’t change anything about our routine. He suffers from gas, occasional diarrhea and constantly spits up. It’s so sad when he cries from the pain his stomach is causing him.

After researching more information about his troubles, I learned that babies are born with their own “microbiome” – a collection of bacteria that they inherit at birth. That bacteria is important because it determines their digestive and immune health for many years to come.

That’s when I learned that Charlie needs probiotics to help alleviate his tummy troubles plus provide the immune support he needs while growing. I can honestly say that it’s the answer to my frustrations about his health issues.

So I turned to UpSpring Probiotic + Colostrum Powder

UpSpring was created by Moms who care and want the same things as me: “More fun, Less worry”. Since 2005, UpSpring has made all-natural products based on true science that solves real problems.

UpSpring Probiotic + Colostrum Powder alleviates the upset from Charlie’s diarrhea, gas and constipation cycle. It also provides the immune support he needs to stay healthy. UpSpring contains 6 probiotic strains plus prebiotics (which help beneficial bacteria flourish) and has over 5 billion active cultures. The all-important, colostrum, acts as a prebiotic too by providing a complete range of antibodies for even more immune support.

Probiotics for Babies

I feel relieved knowing that I can tackle my child’s digestive issues plus help prevent future illness, all with one product.

The single serve packets are flavorless and easily allow me to add it to one of his daily bottles. He doesn’t even notice the powder mixed in. Since UpSpring makes all-natural products, these Moms made sure that it doesn’t include GMO’s, gluten, sugar or hormones.

Probiotics for Babies

A happy baby means more play time…

Since I’ve broke the cycle of upset tummy troubles, Charlie and I can keep doing what we love- playing! He enjoys playing with me and I enjoy less fussiness. Nobody likes it when their baby isn’t feeling 100%.
