We received a complimentary Fogo de Chão summer menu dinner to try, so I could share all of this yumminess!
As the weather warms up, we love going out to eat more often. The Fogo de Chão Summer Menu is going to be my new seasonal favorite this year. As an internationally-renowned steakhouse serving Brazilian favorites, it’s the perfect restaurant to bring friends and family. I got the opportunity to taste some of their newest offerings – from the Market Table to their cuts of meat, you’ve got to visit this Summer.
Refreshing Dishes On The Fogo de Chão Summer Menu
New Menu Items
Guests can now visit Fogo de Chão for the limited edition menu that includes light and refreshing options that feature summer flavors. While Fogo is known for their warm meats served directly to your plate, the Market Table is my favorite.
Find refreshing salads such as Watermelon Feta and Heirloom Tomato & Mozzarella, plus a nutrient-dense Chickpea salad. The sweet flavors of the Market Table blend harmoniously with the meat.
Summer weather also means it’s a great time to cool down with a refreshing cocktail. Fogo de Chão makes all of their own cocktail syrups and elixirs on site. Back by popular demand, the non-alcoholic Watermelon Fresca, is blended with pure cane sugar, lime and mint, and is served over crushed ice.
Of course, your main course isn’t complete without their legendary Brazilian meats which are slow-cooked. With over 10 different cuts and styles of meats, you won’t leave hungry. Everything is prepared churrasco style – the art of roasting high-quality cuts of meats over open flame, all of which are carved tableside by Brazilian-trained gaucho chefs. The parmesan crusted pork loin and the bacon-wrapped chicken were my favorites. My Husband loved the fork-tender filet.
If you’re more of a seafood fan, they’ve got an array of fresh seafood options on the menu. I tried the shrimp cocktail served with chilled jumbo shrimp and lemon over ice. It’s a delicious appetizer.

I have never been to Fogo De Chao but I bet my favorite part would be the experience of the meat being carved at the table.
