OMG! Pixar and Disney have teamed up for the design of the 2017 Disneyland Half Marathon medals. They look amazing! This year’s race weekend is themed around Pixar and today I’m sharing a first look at the incredible medals.
Don’t you love that they took the Pixar characters that we all know and love? The one above is for the Disneyland Half Marathon.
For the 10k race, runners will earn the Monster Inc medal (shown above) that features Mike and Sully! I know everyone will love dressing up, in costume, for the Pixar theme.
The 5k design is inspired by the Incredibles movies. I have to say, I’m most jealous of that one! I love that movie.
To top off all of those, if you’re running the Disneyland Double Dare (the 10k and the half marathon) you will earn the medal shown above. It’s got the classic Pixar lamp on it. If you are a die-hard Pixar fan, you need to be a part of this race weekend! You can contact a travel agent and still purchase a race package.
Finally, the kid’s races medal features the UP design. It features Russell and Doug! Isn’t that adorable? Love it.
