I know it’s not always easy to eat protein when you’re busy. The struggle of preparing food and taking something on the road is a big struggle. I usually start my day doing really well and then I struggle to eat protein in the afternoon because I’m not at home and don’t have the time to prepare something. My new favorite way to increase my protein has been with Bumble Bee® Seasoned Tuna Pouch with Spoon. I eat the tuna straight from the pouch and enjoy it on-the-go because a convenient spoon is included. Easy Thai Tuna Snack Stack

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Spicy Thai Chili Bumble Bee® Seasoned Tuna Pouch with Spoon
  • 8 Hearty Crackers  
  • 8 Washed Basil Leaves
  • 2 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt
  • Zest and Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Cashews

Instructions:

In a small bowl, combine the zest, lime juice and greek yogurt then set aside. Next, stack your snack by starting with the crackers. Place a basil leaf on top of each cracker, add a heaping teaspoon of the Seasoned Tuna Pouch on top. Using a fork, drizzle your sauce over each stack. Lastly, top each with the crushed cashews.
