Easy Thai Tuna Snack Stack
Prep Time: 10 minutes
- 1 Spicy Thai Chili Bumble Bee® Seasoned Tuna Pouch with Spoon
- 8 Hearty Crackers
- 8 Washed Basil Leaves
- 2 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt
- Zest and Juice of 1 Lime
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Cashews
In a small bowl, combine the zest, lime juice and greek yogurt then set aside. Next, stack your snack by starting with the crackers. Place a basil leaf on top of each cracker, add a heaping teaspoon of the Seasoned Tuna Pouch on top. Using a fork, drizzle your sauce over each stack. Lastly, top each with the crushed cashews.
