Cute Carrot Pretzels | Easy Easter Dessert Recipe
In a small microwave safe bowl, melt your white candy melts on 50% power for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. 1 1/2 minutes was the perfect amount for me.
Pour your white chocolate into a tall glass.
Dip each pretzel rod into the tall glass and place the white chocolate covered pretzel rods onto a piece of parchment paper.
Place your Oreos in a sandwich bag and crush the cookies with a rolling pin. This is my Son’s favorite part to help with! Something about boys and destruction – right?
Sprinkle the crushed cookies onto the white chocolate covered pretzels. Do it a couple of times to get a nice coating.
Place 3 carrot candies on each pretzel. I gently press them into the chocolate so they stay secure.
Let harden for about 15 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened and enjoy! Serve with coffee for adults and ice cream for kids. They are also great on a dessert tray.
