Guide To Drinking Around The World at Disney’s Epcot Park
One of the biggest fan challenges is drinking around the world at Disney World’s Epcot park. Guests love to see if they have what it takes to drink one beverage from each of Epcot’s eleven countries. Sometimes guests make it part of celebratory event, like a bachelor party. The real challenge is trying to drink around World Showcase without spending over $100.
Each country offers drink stations and restaurants with many beverages costing between $8-$30 each. I’ve created a guide to drinking around the world for less than $100 to keep it easy on your pocket. Plus, I’ve included the best snack options that you can purchase along with your beverages. Drinking Around The World at Epcot For Less Than $100
Mexico
Start your World Showcase party at Mexico, with a Dos Equis beer. It’s a crisp, refreshing, light-bodied malt-flavored beer with a well-balanced finish. It will cost you $8.
Norway
With clear notes of espresso, dark chocolate and a hint of authentic Icelandic coffee, the Einstök Porter is dark and rich, offering a medium body that is robust, yet smooth on the palate and easy to drink. You can find it at the Norway beverage cart.
China
Drinking Around the World, while staying on a budget, means beer is a smart bet most of the time. In the China pavilion, grab a Tsingtao Beer. Tsingtao Beer has a pleasant aroma and a well-balanced taste. It has high-malty flavor and well-hopped character. Tsingtao is produced with spring water from Laoshan, a mountain area famous throughout China for the purity of its water.
Germany
By the time you’ve made your way to Germany, you’ll want to grab a delicious snack to go along with your beverage. Head into the caramel store and grab a peanut coated caramel apple to satisfy your sweet tooth. Wash it down with a Schöfferhofer Pink Grapefruit Hefeweizen. Schofferhofer Grapefruit is the unique combination of sparkling smooth Schofferhofer Hefeweizen with grapefruit flavoring. A refreshing well-rounded taste with tangy character and hints of sweetness is pleasing to the palate.
Italy
Leave it to Italy to break your beer streak. Toast in Italy with a classic Bellini from the beverage cart. A classic Bellini cocktail is Prosecco sparkling wine and peach purée. It’s refreshing and served in a flute for that Insta-worthy Epcot photo.
America
Grab a quick bite to eat in the American Adventure pavilion. The All Beef Hot Dog is classic park food and the perfect accompaniment to the beverages you’ve been consuming. It’ll also be the best bet on your wallet.
Japan
Grab a Frozen Kirin draft beer when you’re in Japan. It’s the only place in continental United States that you’ll be able to find this drink. You can find it in the Garden House, the Kabuki Cafe and in the Tokyo Dining restaurant. It’s a light frozen topping made of beer that keeps the draft nice ‘n cold for about 30 minutes.
Morocco
Add some wine to your Drinking Around the World game with Spice Road’s Signature Sangria. The red blend fruity wine cocktail can be enjoyed while looking over the World Showcase Lagoon.
France
The Kronenbourg 1664 is the drink of choice at the France pavilion. It’s Frances number 1 selling beer and you can purchase it at the beverage cart in Epcot. Kronenbourg 1664 is made with a unique blend of hops including aromatic hops from Alsace.
United Kingdom
Something a little heavier than normal, drink a classic Half & Half with the Guinness and Harp Lager in the United Kingdom pavilion. You can cool off and grab the drink inside the Rose & Crown dining room. The mixed beers are guest favorites on their menu.
Canada
On the final stop of your World Showcase drinking tour, grab a Moosehead Pale Ale from Canada. This brew has a loyal following for it’s flavor. It’s a true top-fermented ale with a medium body and floral aromatics. You can find it at the Canada beverage cart.
