Once upon a time, my favorite race was born – 10 years ago. Run Disney’s Princess Half Marathon weekend is my absolute favorite race they host. I’m partial because it was my first half marathon in 2013. The glitz, femininity and fun of the race won me over. That’s when I fell in love with Run Disney! They just revealed the 10th Anniversary Princess Half Marathon Medals and they are gorgeous.
There were plenty of rumors on social media about a nod to Snow White and while she is represented, other princess favorites are a part of the anniversary weekend.

Start your happily ever after with this awesome Tangled inspired 5k medal. Join me and run through Epcot to earn this fabulous piece of bling. She finally got something more than a bathroom!
If you’re “Brave” enough to take on the 6.2 miles in the Enchanted 10k, you’ll earn this Brave inspired medal. Runners will start in Epcot and run through the Boardwalk resort area as well. It’s one of my favorite courses!
If the half marathon is the “apple of your eye”, you’ll be earning this Snow White inspired medal that’s shaped like an apple. I know this will make some Princesses VERY happy. So many Run Disney fans have been asking for a Snow White themed medal for Princess Half. This is your year!
The gem of the weekend is the Run Disney Fairytale Challenge, which includes running the 10k on Saturday and the Half on Sunday. This year, it’s totally worth it too! Check out this fabulous Cinderella inspired medal – I love it.
The kids races include one of the strongest princesses, Mulan, and her friend Mushu. Be sure to read my Run Disney Kid’s Races Tips to help make it fun and grab some awesome photos of your little runner. Sadly, there won’t be a Coast to Coast Challenge this year because of the Disneyland construction. The 2018 Princess Half Marathon weekend is February 22nd – 25th.
